Pricing


We offer West Bridgford a FUN & FRIENDLY family home for dog boarding combined with professional levels of service. Bookings subject to the terms and payment policy

  • 1 Dog


    We accept neutered males and females not in heat. Dogs < 12 months considered but must be toilet trained. From £48 per night.

  • 2 Dogs from the same family


    For 2 dogs that live together and get on well. There may be 1 other dog staying. From £90 per night.

    Sole occupancy for maximum care. We may insist on sole occupancy for some dogs

    Each booking requires a deposit to secure your dates. Full payment required 2 weeks before stay.

Check Availability

Payment and Cancellation Policy


If we confirm availability, a deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure your booking, otherwise the dates you requested will be made available for others to book.

For new dogs, a free meet and greet will be scheduled within the week. After which, you or houndhaus are able to cancel the booking free of charge within 24 hours where the deposit will be refunded. After this time, the deposit is no longer refundable.

Full payment of the outstanding balance is due 2 weeks prior to your stay. If payment not received, unfortunatley we will have to cancel your booking without a deposit refund.


Refund amounts are linked to the number of days notice you give for cancellation:


14 days to 8 days cancellation notice We refund 50% of the total booking

7 days to 1 days cancellation notice We refund 20% of the total booking

0 days cancellation notice no refund is given.


For returning clients who's dog has stayed with us before, we will endevour to fully refund your payment if we are able to re-book the exact dates you cancelled with another dog.



The receipt of a cancellation request must be acknowledged and recorded by you and houndhaus. An email that is not responded to does not constitute acknowledgment. The cancellation of your booking for any reason does not entitle you to a refund if we are able to provide our service, subject to the terms above. We recommend ensuring you have taken out suitable insurance to cover this.
